- The solution involves copying the order acknowledgement output form ZBA1 to create the new email form to trigger two email outputs - customer service (from TVARVC) email id and customer master email id.
- Create a variable in TVARVC for email id maintenance for this form.

Config
1. Created two new outputs ZJA1 (Japan OA Cust Servic) and ZJA2 (Japan OA Customer) in transaction NACE and assigned Program ZSD00100 and Form Z_ORDER_CONFIRM_JP to the outputs. Access sequence 0003 (sales org/customer) was assigned to the outputs.
2. Customer service email should be maintained for the TVARVC variable, ZSD_OA_EMAIL_JP
